But culture isn’t static. So we asked ourselves, “How can we easily get feedback from our team every day?” We wanted to spot issues quickly and respond in real time.

So, we installed a “feet-back” machine from Vox Collector in our office canteen.
Every day, our canteen displays a new statement about our workplace. Team members vote anonymously with their feet. For example: “All your meetings are useful. Agree or disagree?”

Now feedback is easy to give, track and respond to. We’re building a more transparent culture, one step at a time. (Literally!)
